The Symicor Group is seeking a Branch Manager for the Rockford, IL market. Lead teller operations, customer service, loan processing, collections, and personnel administration in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with loan and teller functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and make sound decisions.

• Develop and implement branch goals and strategies.
• Prepare monthly board reports on time and accurately.
• Provide leadership, plan, organize, train and motivate staff.
• Set a professional example in conduct, appearance and attitude.
• Coach staff and provide documented counseling when needed.
• Ensure proper cash handling and branch cash controls per policy.
