Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an Integration Technician to fabricate, maintain, and operate instrumentation and controls systems used in rocket engine testing at Launch Site One, Van Horn, TX. You will support sensor calibrations, harness assembly, and checkout, ensuring safe handling of hazardous chemicals and high-pressure systems.

The role requires following electrical schematics, P&ID, and working with data acquisition systems, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Instrumentation & Controls, Avionics, or rocket/jet engine testing.
• Ability to follow electrical schematics and P&ID.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and sensor calibration.
• Proficiency with low voltage, 4-20mA signals, and thermocouples.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, maintain, and operate instrumentation and controls systems for rocket engine testing.
• Support sensor calibrations and wiring harness assembly, installation, and checkout.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous chemicals and high-pressure systems.
