Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Technician - Test & Launch Ops to join their facility team. You will install, troubleshoot, maintain, and operate critical facility systems supporting test operations, influencing readiness and site execution.

Work across manufacturing and supply chain, with opportunities for 1st or 2nd shift, cross-training in electrical and mechanical trades, and travel up to 10%. Interviews include a technical assessment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow AutoCAD and P&ID diagrams.
• Familiar with mechanical and electrical safety critical hardware.
• Experience with electrical sensors and instrumentation calibration.
• Demonstrate understanding of low and high voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of self and co-workers during operations.
• Maintain professional relationships within the team.
• Work around high pressure and cryogenic environments at heights.
• Cross-train in electrical and mechanical trade disciplines.
• Configure facility for hazardous operations and operate valves and stairs as needed.
• Maintain training, personal goals and team goals.
• Collaborate with engineers on improvement projects.
• Learn and operate facility systems.
