Job summary

Firefly Aerospace is seeking an engineer to support the Flight and Test Operations team in Texas. You will manage testing of aerospace components and develop procedures while collaborating with engineers to ensure reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, experience with fluid systems, and exceptional communication skills. This position requires an individual who can thrive under pressure and adapt quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience building, troubleshooting, or operating fluid systems.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and be on your feet all day.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform tests on small valves and other aerospace components.
• Develop test procedures for launch vehicle systems.
• Manage test stand scheduling for operations and maintenance.
