You will work with concurrent engineering teams, author shop floor work instructions, present technical reviews, and apply PFMEA and SPC tools to drive process controls and continuous improvements in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree STEM with 2 years of professional experience or Master’s degree with 0 years.
Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Experience interpreting blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

Developing and improving manufacturing processes.
Observing rocket motor case prep processes in operations.
Performing root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate defects.
Authoring and updating shop floor work instructions.
Presenting technical reviews to teams, leadership, and customers.
