Job summary

School of Rock Royersford is seeking a Part-time Childcare Music Instructor to inspire young musicians aged 4–7 in a warm, supportive environment. You’ll guide Little Wing and Rookies classes, focusing on fundamentals of music and FUN through rock-based activities.

Responsibilities include planning engaging lessons, showing progress to parents, and helping with events and in-school rehearsals while fostering a love of music in early learners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience teaching and/or performing music
• Passion for and experience working with children under seven
• Knowledge of music theory and curriculum design
• Excellent customer relations skills with families

Responsibilities

• Teach Little Wing and Rookies classes (ages 4-7)
• Maximize quality of music instruction and fundamentals
• Interact with parents to share student progress
• Assist in rehearsals and school activities
