Job summary

BSI Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Safety Professional/Consultant to lead ROCIP safety on a large-scale construction project. You will enforce ROCIP standards, conduct audits, train crews, and coordinate with insulation teams and insurance reps to keep safety at the forefront.

A CSP/OSHA 30 background is required, with 10+ years in construction safety and ROCIP exposure. You will mentor site teams, review safety provisions, and manage incident reporting on a dynamic, client-driven

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Safety, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in construction safety management with ROCIP/OCIP exposure.
• Certifications: OSHA 30 and CSP required; OSHA 500/510 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ROCIP safety administration and serve as primary safety contact.
• Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Oversee contractor/subcontractor ROCIP compliance and training.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions.
• Track safety metrics and report to leadership; maintain ROCIP Injury Report.
