Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Remote Operations Center Supervisor to lead frontline ROC operators, coordinate daily remote operations, and drive consistent execution across Symbotic’s automation network at our Wilmington, MA headquarters.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in related operations, and 1+ year of supervisory experience, with familiarity with the Control Center and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in operations, logistics, manufacturing, automation, robotics, or a related environment.
• Minimum 1 year of direct management or team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with Symbotic's Control Center and operational systems.
• Ability to identify trends and use data-driven decision making.
• Flexible hours, overtime, and shift-based work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ROC operators responsible for remote system operations and monitoring.
• Coordinate daily ROC activities to ensure consistent execution of processes.
• Act as a working supervisor, providing hands-on coverage during callouts and high-priority events.
• Analyze system performance, identify trends, support investigations, and recommend solutions.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of ROC processes and documentation.
• Communicate updates and issues to ROC leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with onsite teams to share lessons learned and reduce variability.
