Job summary

LionsBot International Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse & Facilities Specialist for our LionsBot USA operations in Runnemede, NJ. You will execute and manage shipping/receiving, inventory, and facility tasks to ensure smooth warehouse flow from HQ and vendors to customers.

Role requires hands-on operations, ongoing collaboration with service units, and adherence to safety standards. The incumbent will report to the LionsBot USA warehouse with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in warehouse, logistics, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Forklift certification and OSHA-compliant driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely receiving, planning, distribution, and delivery of products and materials.
• Perform inventory staging, ticketing, placement, and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following OSHA rules.
