Job summary

LionsBot USA is seeking a skilled Warehouse & Facilities Specialist in New Jersey to manage shipping/receiving, inventory, and facilities tasks for our growing operations. You will coordinate with the headquarters team and vendors to ensure smooth parts flow from receipt to customer delivery, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics experience, ERP system proficiency, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role (parts/inventory, shipping/receiving, and/or logistics).
• Professional experience working in an ERP system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Able to work in the US office location (100%).
• Ability to lift 60 pounds regularly and travel up to 20%.
• Hold a valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, receiving, planning, distribution, and delivery of products, parts and materials.
• Load and unload incoming/outgoing freight safely and check for damage.
• Inventory staging, ticketing, placement, replenishment, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Service and Sales teams for planned and unplanned needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following OSHA guidelines.
