Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager to bridge Engineering and Operations, owning cross-functional programs from design to large-scale production.

You will lead with clarity in ambiguity, roll up your sleeves, and drive milestones across multiple teams worldwide. You will define scopes, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and report updates to executives, shaping scalable processes for ongoing collaboration between Eng and Ops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM, Product Manager, or Lead Engineer managing complex, deeply technical programs.
• Proven success managing programs across engineering/R&D and operational environments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, build structure, and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Program Leadership: align Engineering, Operations, Solutions, Product, GTM and others with clear milestones.
• Program Lifecycle Management: end-to-end ownership, scope, schedules, dependencies, risk mitigation.
• Communication & Visibility: create a single source of truth and update executives regularly.
• Navigating Ambiguity: chart paths forward with incomplete data and establish process where none exists.
• Tactical Execution & Grit: manage hardware release schedules, sprint planning, and data audits as needed.
• Process Establishment: design scalable frameworks to improve Eng-Ops collaboration.
