Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in engineering lab or manufacturing test environment.
• Practical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical hardware.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and document results.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, electrical, and electromechanical tests per plans.
• Maintain test station readiness and equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot test station/hardware failures with clear documentation.
• Maintain accurate test records, pass/fail results, and traceability.
• Support rapid failure reproduction, retesting, and verification.
• Suggest improvements to test procedures and station reliability.
