Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Teleoperations Lead located in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will oversee robotics operations teams involved in AI training, robotic testing, and commercial deployments. You will coordinate teleoperators, maintain quality and safety standards, and connect with engineering teams and client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership in operational roles, especially in robotics or autonomous systems. This position plays a key role in scaling next-generation robotics deployments across various projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in teleoperations, robotics operations, AV operations or similar.
• Leadership experience in managing operational teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teleoperation teams across multiple shifts.
• Coordinate robot operations and deployment schedules.
• Monitor operational KPIs and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Escalate technical issues and coordinate resolution.
• Train and mentor new teleoperators.
• Support customer-facing robotics deployments.
• Produce operational reports and performance summaries.
