Insight Global is seeking a Teleoperations Operator to operate robotic systems, support data collection, testing, and product development. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with robotic arms or similar systems through wearable teleoperations equipment, motion-tracking, or VR controls, and can follow detailed procedures and document performance.

• 1+ year hands-on teleoperations experience.
• Experience with wearable teleoperation equipment.
• Experience operating both hardware and software.
• Ability to perform structured, repetitive robot movements.
• Ability to follow SOPs, test procedures, and safety requirements.
• Clear communication to elevate issues to engineering/operations.
• Comfortable working onsite with robotic equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate robotic arms via teleoperations software and equipment.
• Set up, test, calibrate, and validate teleoperation devices.
• Monitor robot performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Document errors, test results, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with engineering/operations to improve workflows.
• Reproduce issues for investigations.
• Support maintenance and basic component replacements.
• Follow SOPs and safety requirements.
