Job summary

Skild AI seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of robotics programs across software releases, hardware builds, and deployments. You will coordinate engineering, product, and operations to maintain schedules and manage risks, reporting to a Senior Director of Product & Engineering.

You will own planning, releases, and customer deployments, building dashboards and clear leadership updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience on hardware and/or software products.
• Proven track record of shipping physical products end to end in robotics or similar domains.
• Experience managing programs across multiple cross-functional teams with external dependencies.
• Experience running programs spanning hardware, firmware, software, and cloud services with depth to challenge estimates and risks.
• Experience establishing and scaling program management and Agile practices in fast-paced growing companies.
• Hands‑on experience configuring Linear and Notion (or similar tools such as Jira/Confluence) and building dashboards for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of concurrent programs from software releases to hardware builds and customer deployments.
• Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, and operations so work lands in the right order.
• Surface schedule, technical, and resourcing risks early and present trade-offs with clear options to leadership.
• Lead roadmap and quarterly planning with engineering leads to match team capacity.
• Run and refine lightweight, Agile-aligned planning, release readiness, and retrospectives tailored to each team.
• Build dashboards and run program reviews giving leadership a single, trusted status view.
• Write clear program updates, memos, and post-mortems.
• Own and evolve use of Linear and Notion to track plans, dependencies, and decisions.
