Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced robotics leader to drive innovation for global industrial clients. You will guide architecture, integrate autonomous systems, and push the frontier of Physical AI using ROS2, advanced simulators, and real-time control.

You will oversee cross‑functional teams (3–10 people) through PoC to production, coordinate with clients and partners, and contribute to the Next‑Gen Robotics strategy while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in robotics or computer science or related field, or equivalent 12+ years work experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant robotics/consulting/software projects with strong technical focus
• In-depth experience with ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo)
• Hands-on experience with Physical AI and foundation model technologies, including VLA architectures, fine‑tuning, imitation learning, and sim-to-real transfer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for robotics innovation projects, including architecture design and integration for global clients
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures with autonomy, real-time systems, and simulation
• Manage interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) through PoC, pilots, and production rollout
• Conduct benchmarks, venture screenings, and set up robust demos and test setups
• Collaborate with clients and Accenture units to translate roadmaps into implementations
