Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior robotics leader to drive scalable AI-enabled robotics solutions—from AMRs to autonomous drones—working with global industrial clients in a fast-moving Next Gen Robotics team.

You will guide architecture, integration, and model-based development using ROS2, simulation tools, and Physical AI. This role involves travel 0–100% and collaboration across engineering, AI, and strategy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in robotics, consulting, or software projects with a strong technical focus.
• 3+ years with ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation (Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
• 3+ years with Physical AI and foundation models: VLA architectures, robot policy fine-tuning, imitation learning.
• 3+ years with synthetic data generation and world models for scalable robot training.
• 3+ years in software development with Python and C++, Git, CI/CD, and clean architecture.
• Experience as architect/lead engineer in interdisciplinary teams.
• 2+ years exposure to edge AI deployment on NVIDIA Jetson/Isaac, TensorRT, real-time 30-100 Hz.
• Bachelor’s degree in robotics or CS or 12 years equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of robotics innovation projects, including architecture design, implementation, and integration for global industrial clients.
• Development of scalable Physical AI architectures with focus on autonomy, VLA model integration, real-time systems, and scalable simulation using Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, and Cosmos.
• Management of interdisciplinary delivery teams (3-10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout phases.
• Execution of technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and establishment of robust demo and test setups.
• Close coordination with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units—from roadmap creation to productive implementation.
• Active contribution to the Next-Gen Robotics strategy: tech roadmaps, partner development, and internal enablement initiatives.
