Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior robotics technologist to lead global projects across AMRs, autonomous drones, quadrupedal and humanoid systems. You will architect and implement scalable Physical AI solutions, integrating NVIDIA Isaac tools, simulation environments, and real-time control across diverse industrial clients.

The role emphasizes hands-on development in Python/C++, team leadership of 3–10 engineers, and collaboration with clients and Accenture units to drive roadmaps and deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of robotics/consulting/software projects with strong technical focus.
• Solid experience with ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments (Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo, Gazebo).
• Hands-on experience with Physical AI and foundation model technologies (VLA architectures, policy fine-tuning, imitation learning, sim-to-real).
• Experience with synthetic data generation and world models (NVIDIA Cosmos, Genesis, MuJoCo MJX).
• Proficient in Python and C++ with Git, CI/CD, and architecture-based development.
• Led technical projects as architect/lead engineer in interdisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to edge AI deployment for robotics (NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, real-time 30–100 Hz).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership of robotics innovation projects, incl. architecture design and integration for global clients.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures focusing on autonomy, VLA, real-time systems, and simulation.
• Manage interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Execute benchmarks, venture screenings, and establish robust demo/test setups.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units from roadmaps to implementation.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy, tech roadmaps, and partner development.
