Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior robotics-focused technical leader to drive innovative projects for global industrial clients. You will architect, implement, and integrate scalable robotics solutions spanning AMRs, drones, and humanoid platforms with a focus on Physical AI and real-time systems.

You will guide cross-functional teams across PoC to production rollout, leveraging NVIDIA Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Gazebo, and Cosmos world models. Travel may be required as client needs vary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in robotics, consulting, or software with strong technical focus.
• Solid experience with modern robotics stacks: ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, simulation environments.
• Hands-on experience with Physical AI and foundation models, VLA architectures, robot policy fine-tuning, and sim-to-real transfer.
• Experience with synthetic data generation and world models for scalable robot training.
• Proficient in Python and C++ with clean code, Git, CI/CD, and architecture-based development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for robotics innovation projects including architecture design and integration.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures with real-time systems and simulation using Isaac tools and Cosmos models.
• Lead interdisciplinary delivery teams (3–10 people) through PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Conduct technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and establish robust demo/test setups.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture units from roadmap creation to implementation.
