Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical, mechanical, software, automotive, or aerospace engineering.
• Hands-on experience with industrial automation field buses (EtherCAT, CANOpen) and debugging tools.
• Proven expertise commissioning and fine-tuning actuation systems.
• Strong ability to create and execute detailed test plans.
• Experience in requirements gathering, test system design, and test implementation.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python; familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Self-motivated problem solver with a proactive mindset for fast-paced startup work.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and debug robot power, actuation, network, and sensing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software integration issues including kinematics and motion planning.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for full-robot systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to integrate third-party components.
• Deploy field applications and manage system integration for customer success.
• Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Document system architecture, integration procedures, and debugging steps.
