Qualifications

Master's degree in science, engineering, or related field.
5+ years in system development, process engineering, or hardware design.
Experience designing and executing functional tests for hardware components.
Proficiency with discrete event simulation tools for system performance.
Strong analytical skills to interpret test data and translate findings.

Responsibilities

Create systematic approaches for tackling complex, undefined problems across product development initiatives.
Design and lead in-depth experiments to verify and validate design hypotheses, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Drive fast-paced development cycles through rapid prototyping and iterative testing.
Translate test results into actionable design and process improvements for field implementation.
Conduct statistical data analysis to extract insights and inform decisions.
