Job summary

Dexmate Inc. is hiring a Robot Systems Engineer to join our Fremont, CA on-site team. You will bridge hardware, software and AI to validate robotic platforms from prototypes to production deployments.

You will own system architecture, integration, and verification across sensors, actuators, compute and communication subsystems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• BS in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• MS with 3+ years of industrial robotics experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Python for system-level programming.

Responsibilities

• Define and document system architectures across mechanical, electrical, firmware and software domains.
• Drive system-level integration for new robot platforms with sensors, actuators, compute and comms subsystems.
• Develop software to control and test robot platforms at the system level.
• Build test frameworks, automation tools and data visualization for validation.
• Lead root-cause analysis across hardware, firmware and software during design and deployment.
