Dexmate is seeking a senior engineering leader to own the robot-side firmware and the control/planning stack, ensuring reliable operation in real-world environments. The role spans embedded software, hardware root-cause analysis, and the establishment of training and support processes for a growing fleet of robots.

You will lead both firmware and hardware sustaining efforts, build the teleoperation system, and coordinate with hardware and software partners to align robot software with cloud

Competenze

• 8+ years in robotics engineering with dynamics, kinematics, control theory, and state estimation.
• Experience owning a shipped hardware product post-launch with firmware releases and field support.

Mansioni

• Own robot-side firmware architecture: real-time control loops, sensor interfaces, safety systems, onboard software.
• Lead control and planning stack: locomotion, manipulation, whole-body control, real-time translation of commands into safe robot behavior.
• Sustain and extend deployed product lines: develop new capabilities and improvements beyond shipped versions.
• Own teleoperation system: remote control interfaces, latency considerations, data collection for training.
