Job summary

Weave Robotics, Inc. is seeking a systems generalist with hands-on robotics experience to bridge software and hardware across the stack. You will bring up robots, troubleshoot deployment issues, and engineer cross-functional integrations at customer sites.

Responsibilities include rapid prototyping, unblocking the stack, and turning deployments into repeatable playbooks, while feeding insights back to the product team to accelerate future deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a systems generalist, software-leaning with hardware competence.
• Hands-on robotics experience with AMRs, AGVs, or complex robotic systems.
• Deployment or integration experience with customer sites: robotics, automation, or related software deployments.
• Ability to diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and system-level software.
• Judgment under ambiguity and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience debugging networks and reading system logs/traces.

Responsibilities

• Rapid prototyping: integrate new sensors and hardware quickly.
• Unblock the stack when a complex cross-team bug is found.
• Bring up new robots from first power-on through deployment: flash, calibrate, stress-test.
• Deploy robotic systems at customer locations with validated deployments and smooth experience.
• Engineer customer-specific integration and write glue/configuration for new environments.
• Turn deployment learnings into runbooks, tooling, and checklists for faster future deployments.
• Provide prioritized feedback and bug reports to teammates.
