Voll Recruiting LLC is seeking a Surgical First Assistant in Austin, TX for robotic general surgery, orthopedics, and spine cases. No call, weekends, or holidays. The role offers a dedicated first assist position with a stable case mix and clear advancement pathways.

You should hold an active LSA or CSFA credential with Texas licensure eligibility, or be an RNFA candidate with an active Texas RN license. Robotics or spine experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active LSA credential or CSFA certification, with eligibility to license in Texas.
• RNFA candidates: active Texas RN license or a multistate compact license.
• Robotic first assist experience using the da Vinci or orthopedic spine and neuro spine experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide first assist support on robotic general surgery, orthopedics and spine cases.
• Assist through the first assist port, closing fascia and using EEA stapler, under the surgeon and OR team.
