Overview

A leading surgical services group in Austin, Texas is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Licensed Surgical Assistant (LSA) or Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to work in primarily orthopedic, spine and gynecology cases.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types

• Annual Bonus

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no call or weekend responsibilities.
• Surgical Time: 25-30 hours per week. Not uncommon to have 1-2 cases in a day and finish early.
• Salary: $100,000 to $125,000 based on experience. 1-2k quarterly bonus.
• Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience.
• Benefits: PTO, 401k with match, CME stipend and healthcare plans offered. Malpractice and tail coverage.
