Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented Software Development Manager for the Robotic Movement team. You will lead a team designing and building services that power the Amazon Fulfillment robotic solution, delivering reliable, high-performance features at scale.

Bring 7+ years software experience and 3+ years in engineering management. You will mentor engineers, shape multi-tier architectures, and collaborate with product leaders to drive impact across a global customer base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience leading engineering teams.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in building software systems.
• 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• 1+ years of providing technical leadership across the software lifecycle.
• 1+ years of experience with Java, C#, or C++ in large-scale distributed systems.
• 1+ years of service-oriented architecture experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team designing and building services for Amazon Fulfillment robotics.
• Mentor engineers to implement scalable, high-value functionality.
