Job summary

1 Resource Group in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced warehouse associate to support stocking, picking, packing, receipt and shipment for parts orders. The role requires proficiency in all warehouse operations and ERP-based inventory control.

The associate will stock, pick, pack, and ship items, load/unload shipments, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies under supervision. This role is on site with standard warehouse hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse stocking, picking and packing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory transactions.
• Ability to verify shipments and prepare boxing/packing.
• Forklift operation and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP records for sales, receipts and shipments.
• Load/unload trucks with forklifts or cranes.
• Pick and pack orders for domestic and international shipping.
• Perform cycle counts and report material variances.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on stock procurement and discrepancies.
