Job summary

Stäubli seeks a Robotics Service Manager to lead service operations across North America. This leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality service experiences, optimizing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will oversee a team of service engineers, driving growth and maintaining Stäubli's premium service standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, extensive experience in service management, and excellent communication skills. This position will be based out of Duncan, SC, with a hybrid working schedule post-training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field service or engineering operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience in robotics or industrial automation.
• Ability to travel up to 15% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service execution across North America.
• Coach and evaluate service engineers to build technical capability.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex service issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation of service visits and activities.
• Partner with teams to promote service offerings.
