HireArt is helping our client hire a motivated, entry-level Robot Service Technician Assistant to support the daily operations, maintenance, and preparations of our delivery robots. This part-time, weekend-based role is ideal for individuals starting a career in robotics and electro-mechanical assembly in Lexington, KY.

You will learn foundational skills needed to advance in our rapidly growing industry while ensuring the fleet is ready for deployment and ongoing field support is available.

Qualifications

• General computer literacy required.
• Introductory interest or background in EV service, automotive repair, or electronics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare robots for the shift: ensure hardware and software are ready for daily deployment.
• Charge robots and batteries overnight to maximize fleet readiness.
• Clean and maintain robots' exterior and protect sensitive hardware.
• Assist with basic repairs on the robot fleet.
• Help implement updates across the fleet during service campaigns.
• Assist remote support coordinators as hands-on field contact.
• Calibrate sensors and adjust wheels for safe navigation.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace for the team.
