Responsibilities

• Charge robots and manage power cycles overnight.
• Clean robots and protect external hardware.
• Assist with basic mechanical repairs on the robot fleet.
• Support service campaigns across fleet updates.
• Assist remote support coordinators as hands-on field contact.
• Perform calibrations and wheel alignment for safe navigation.
• Keep workshop clean and organized for the team.
