HireArt is helping our client hire a motivated, entry-level Robot Service Technician Assistant to support the daily operations, maintenance, and preparations of our delivery robots. You will ensure our fleet is ready for deployment while learning foundational skills needed to advance in our rapidly growing industry.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in varied field environments.
• Able to lift and move items over 50 pounds safely.

• Team-oriented mindset with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare robots for the shift: Ensure all hardware and software are ready for daily deployment.
• Put robots/batteries on chargers for the night: Manage power cycles to ensure maximum fleet readiness.
• Cleaning robots: Maintain physical appearance and protect sensitive external hardware.
• Perform mechanical repairs: Assist with and execute basic repairs on the robot fleet.
• Perform service campaigns: Help implement widespread hardware or software updates across the fleet.
• Assist remote support coordinators: Act as the hands‑on field contact for the remote tracking team.
• Perform calibrations and wheel alignment: Ensure sensors and chassis components are properly tuned for safe navigation.
• Keep workshop clean and tidy: Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace for the entire technical team.
