Job summary

You will build a full-spectrum maintenance program, manage on-call coverage, and ensure safety, reliability, and data quality across all robotic assets in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent Hands-on experience.
• 7+ years in reliability, maintenance, or automation engineering.
• Experience leading a technical team in a high-mix robotic or automated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the data: capture gaps, standardize codes, and ensure data integrity.
• Log and review floor feedback; run shift handovers and weekly findings.
• Prioritize losses, identify bad-actor machines, and maintain a top-loss list.
