Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Reliability Engineers, Automation Technicians, Electrical Specialists, and Maintenance personnel.
• Build a culture centered on safety, accountability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership across electrical, automation, and reliability functions.
• Develop organizational capabilities through training, development, and succession planning.
• Oversee industrial electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, drives, MCCs, and process control systems.
• Lead automation modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and digital teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Establish best practices and standards for automation and controls.
