Job summary

LifeMade Products LLC is seeking a Manager, Reliability Automation in Erlanger, KY to lead plant maintenance, automation, and controls for a 24/7 injection molding operation. You will drive machine uptime and OEE, manage maintenance and controls technicians, and push proactive reliability initiatives with vendors and service partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with Injection Molding.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of PLC control and programming, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, robotics, and industrial networking.
• Experience with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), total productive maintenance (TPM), and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proven success reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize machine uptime and OEE.
• Develop reliability strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset life across presses and automation.
• Manage maintenance and controls technicians, plus outside contractors.
• Oversee automation and controls systems including PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, and robotics.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Analyze downtime data and lead root-cause corrective action.
• Build predictive maintenance using condition monitoring and thermography.
• Manage budgets, spare parts, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, ISO, and environmental requirements.
