Job summary

Badger Technologies, a Jabil Company, is seeking a Robotics Project Manager in Lexington, KY to lead medium to large-scale robotics initiatives from concept to deployment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and risks to ensure timely delivery of innovative robotic solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in tech project management, experience with robotics or automation, and a PMP path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, STEM, or a related technical field preferred.
• 6+ years of project management experience in high-tech product development.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex deliverables.
• Experience with robotics development, autonomous systems, automation, or engineering services preferred.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs desired.
• PMP certification or progress toward PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotics and product development projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop project charters, plans, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Define goals, scope, deliverables, and success metrics for projects.
• Partner with engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, software, and leadership teams to execute projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, quality, cost, and risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Forecast budgets and staffing needs; own project performance and KPIs.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive change management and collaboration across teams.
