Job summary

Badger Technologies, a Jabil Company, is seeking a Robotics Project Manager to lead medium to large robotics initiatives from concept to deployment in Lexington, KY. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and software, ensuring on-time delivery and successful integration of innovative robotics solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in project management within high-tech product development, with strong leadership and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, STEM, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of project management experience supporting medium to large-scale robotics/product development projects.
• Cross-functional technical team leadership and complex deliverables experience.
• Experience with robotics development, autonomous systems, automation, or engineering services preferred.
• PMP certification or progress toward PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotics and product development projects from concept through deployment.
• Develop project charters, business proposals, project plans, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Define goals, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics for projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, software, and leadership teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, quality, cost, and risks across the project lifecycle.
• Provide status updates and executive communications to stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor and develop cross-functional project teams to meet objectives.
