Job summary

Badger Technologies, a Jabil company, is seeking a Robotics Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale robotics/product development initiatives in Lexington, Kentucky. You will drive concept-to-deployment execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and deliver innovative robotic solutions.

The role demands a bachelor’s in engineering or STEM and 6+ years in tech PM, with robotics/NPI experience and PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience in high-tech product development.
• Experience with robotics development and NPI programs preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage robotics and product development projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop project charters, business proposals, project plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and implementation strategies.
• Define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, software, and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project scope, timelines, quality, cost, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Forecast project budgets, staffing requirements, and resource needs.
• Own overall project performance, including schedule adherence, cost management, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and track project KPIs and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level communications to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Lead change management activities and evaluate potential impacts to cost, schedule, and scope.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams, business units, and organizational levels.
• Build, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve business and customer objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution, operational performance, and team effectiveness.
• Maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, security, and quality standards.
