Badger Technologies is seeking a Robotics Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale robotics and product development initiatives in Lexington, KY. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of innovative robotic solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in PM for high-tech product development, experience with robotics/autonomy, and PMP certification progress.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in medium to large-scale, high-tech product development environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex deliverables.
• Experience with robotics development, autonomous systems, automation, or engineering services is highly preferred.
• PMP certification or progress toward PMP certification is preferred.
• Ability to succeed in a startup-style environment where processes and procedures may still be evolving.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotics and product development projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop project charters, business proposals, project plans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and implementation strategies.
• Define project goals, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, software, and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project scope, timelines, quality, cost, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Forecast project budgets, staffing requirements, and resource needs.
• Own overall project performance including schedule adherence, cost management, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and track project KPIs and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps with milestones and deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level communications to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Lead change management activities and evaluate potential impacts to cost, schedule, and scope.
