Badger Technologies, a division of Jabil, seeks an Engineering Manager, Robotics & AI to lead a team building smart robotic systems in a fast-paced setting.

You will drive real-time computer vision models, ROS/ROS 2 integration, and edge deployment for production-scale robotic workloads in Lexington, KY, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust state-of-the-art solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, AI, ML, or related field.
• 12+ years in robotics software, CV, AI/ML with leadership experience.
• Strong ROS/ROS 2 architecture and production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of real-time visual perception and robot control pipelines.
• Oversee data collection, annotation, training and deployment on edge devices.
• Direct a ROS/ROS 2 software team in an Agile environment.
