Stereotaxis, Inc. is seeking a Production Specialist in Saint Louis, MO to keep operations running smoothly. You will work with Operations, Quality, and Development teams to support product readiness and daily manufacturing success.

This hands-on role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage production records. On-site responsibilities include floor support, material replenishment, and process improvements for efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to organize and multitask across production processes.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal departments.
• Detail oriented with ability to track production records and docs.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow to support efficiency.
• Communicate priorities, updates, and material needs with internal teams.
• Track production progress and assist in meeting deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports and documentation.
• Assist on the production floor and monitor inventory levels.
• Prepare shipments and coordinate with Purchasing for material availability.
• Identify and elevate production issues to management.
• Support audits, inventory counts and safety regulations.
