Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Three to five years of direct leadership responsibility for employees or supervisors.
• Experience with complex, project-based production workflows and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the St. Louis facility, coaching and holding teams accountable.
• Own the master production schedule, coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and priorities.
• Maintain accurate production data in CRM/ERP/MRP systems and drive workflow improvements.
