Stereotaxis, Inc. is seeking a Production Specialist in Saint Louis, MO to keep operations running smoothly. You will work with Operations, Quality, and Development teams to support product readiness and daily manufacturing success.

This hands-on role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage production records. On-site responsibilities include floor support, material replenishment, and process improvements for efficiency and safety.

Position Summary:

As a Production Specialist you will play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. You will work closely with Operations, Quality, and Development teams to maintain efficient production. This is a hands‑on role with real visibility, where your work directly supports product readiness, system improvements, and day‑to‑day manufacturing success.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow activities to support operational efficiency
• Communicate production priorities, schedule updates, and material needs with internal departments
• Track production progress and assist in meeting production deadlines
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
• Generate and manage work orders, including preparing kit sub-assemblies for pre-production to ensure efficient workflow and material readiness
• Provide hands‑on support on the production floor to assist with production activities and operational needs
• Monitor inventory levels of production materials and coordinate replenishment as needed
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure material and availability
• Assist with preparing shipments to customers and suppliers
• Identify and elevate production issues, delays, or material shortages to management
• Prepare and process documentation for production deviations, discrepancies, and adjustments resulting from planned or unplanned activities
• Assist in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Support audits, inventory counts, and other operational activities as required
