Job summary

Agility Robotics in Salem is seeking a Technical Program Manager for operations programs tied to the Digit deployment. You will bridge supply chain, manufacturing engineering, production, and quality to enable repeatable deployment of humanoid platforms.

This role emphasizes execution, risk tracking, and ramp readiness, with a focus on cross-team collaboration and a single program-management framework across functional teams at the Salem center.

Qualifications

• Technical program management experience in operations, hardware, manufacturing, or robotics environments.
• Ability to drive cross-functional execution with limited oversight.
• Strong written status, risk management, escalation, and decision follow-through habits.
• Comfort working hybrid from Salem operations center.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly execution check-ins across supply chain, technical operations, and manufacturing.
• Track commitments, risks, and cross-team actions through closure.
• Serve as a workstream program manager inside larger efforts such as production ramp readiness and capacity expansion.
• Maintain Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel, program hubs, dashboards, and decision logs.
• Prepare monthly operations program reviews with portfolio health, exceptions, and escalations.
• Help functional teams adopt a single program-management framework and source of truth.
