• PM experience with hardware or warehouse robotics.
• Translate customer requirements into clear product specs.
• Strong written and verbal communication across Sales, Engineering and Customer teams.
• Proficient with data tools to track performance and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Define system layouts, statements of work and pricing inputs for deployments.
• Partner with engineering on feature feasibility, software updates and integration plans.
• Build customer-facing materials, spec sheets, integration guides and dashboards.
• Prioritize support-ticket themes and customer feature requests.
