Job summary

Ambi Robotics is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and deployment of robotic automation systems that empower warehouse teams. You will own scoping, system layouts, pricing, and requirements across software, scanning, and sortation, working with Sales and Engineering.

The role requires 2+ years in product management for hardware, direct warehouse robotics experience, and excellent communication skills to distill complex tech into clear docs and presentations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a product manager (hardware product experience strongly preferred).
• Direct experience with warehouse robotics (2 years minimum).
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to distill complex technical information into clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Own product management for robotic automation systems, from scoping deployment statements of work to defining system layouts, pricing, and requirements across software, scanning, and sortation.
• Partner with Engineering to assess feasibility of new features and modifications; translate customer requirements into simple, effective solutions.
• Act as the product expert for customers and Sales; communicate updates and prepare documentation such as spec sheets and integration guides.
• Build customer-specific dashboards and data reports to track system performance and support data requests.
• Prioritize support-ticket issues and manage customer feature requests to ensure ongoing product improvement.
