Job summary

Ambi Robotics seeks a Product Manager to lead configuration and feature sets for automated warehouse robotics. You will work with Sales and Engineering to scope deployments, define system layouts, and guide pricing and requirements across software, scanning, and sortation.

You will partner with Engineering to assess feature feasibility and translate customer needs into practical solutions, while acting as the product expert for customers and Sales with documentation and presentations.

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical engineering, software engineering, robotics, or related field.
• 2+ years of product management experience, hardware preferred.
• Direct warehouse robotics experience (2+ years minimum).
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product management for robotic systems from scoping to deployment specs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to assess feature feasibility and translate requirements.
• Be the product expert for customers and Sales, delivering updates and docs.
• Create dashboards and data reports (Grafana, Python) for performance.
• Prioritize support tickets and plan integrations with customer WMS.
