Job summary

Lab37 Robotics seeks a product leader to own the vision, strategy and detailed requirements for robotic systems. You will translate customer insights into prioritized roadmaps guiding engineering and design, driving the product from concept through launch while balancing time-to-market, cost, reliability, performance and user experience.

You will partner with mechanical, electrical, software, culinary, manufacturing and commercial teams to define KPIs, run pilots, and ensure successful rollout,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering/CS/Robotics or related field; MBA a plus.
• 3+ years in robotics, automation, industrial hardware/software or similar.
• Track record shipping products with measurable impact.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with telemetry, metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Systems-thinking across mechanics, electronics, firmware, cloud, and UX.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and detailed product requirements for one or more robotic systems.
• Translate customer insights and goals into prioritized roadmaps and PRDs.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research with engineering to generate requirements.
• Own end-to-end release management: prioritization, validation, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration.
• Drive external pilots: scope definition, onboarding, rollout, and customer interface.
