Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• 3+ years managing robotics, automation, electromechanical, or complex hardware development projects.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software product development processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of PLM and engineering change processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple robotics engineering projects across the full product lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, regulatory, and operations.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Facilitate design reviews, risk assessments, and status updates with stakeholders.
• Negotiate with customers and internal teams to meet goals and schedule.
• Prepare executive-level status reports and dashboards.
