Job summary

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Technical Product Launch Manager to own end-to-end launches of next-generation robotics in Amazon's live operations. You will lead field testing, triage issues, and translate observations into product improvements that shape the engineering roadmap.

You’ll build training for teams from associates to senior leadership, manage field testing cycles across multiple sites, and secure leadership buy-in for changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• Experience in a customer-facing role engaging with executives or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch and field testing of new automation solutions; track deliverables, manage project risks, and publish status reports.
• Build deep expertise in site operations and maintenance; cultivate relationships with site customers and advocate in product decisions.
• Analyze performance metrics during field tests; identify root causes and translate findings into product and process improvements.
• Evaluate user roles against product requirements; manage a prioritized feature backlog and drive high-impact improvements in the roadmap.
• Develop and deliver user training—from associate level to leadership content— including maintenance procedures.
• Manage day-to-day field testing, secure site leadership buy-in for changes, and triage issues from NPI activities.
